I download and unzip your icons but there are no files there.

You probably have unzipped an older version of our icons which were saved in .DLL format. We recommend that you redownload our the latest versions of our icons which are now saved as .ICL files. If you still wish you see the older .DLL icons and you are using Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP, please make sure you do not have Windows set to hide .DLL files. In My Computer or Windows Explorer open the folder containing the files in question. Select the View menu and click Options. In the Options window click the View tab and then click Show All Files.

How do I decompress the archives I downloaded from IconsPLUS?

IconsPLUS's archives are stored in stuffit SIT format and binhex HQX format for Macintosh users and ZIP format for Windows users. Stuffit Expander is required to open the Mac archives and Winzip (or similar program) is required to open the Windows archives. Please download the latest versions of these utilites and read the accompanying documentation on instructions on how to decompress the archives.

I can't download files from this site, can you e-mail them to me?

IconsPLUS's archives are actually stored on a separate server which might have been down when you last tried. Make sure your browser properly handles the file formats the files are saved in. On the Mac, your browser should be set to download SIT files (MIME type -> application/x-stuffit) and open them up with Stuffit Expander. On Windows your browser should be set to download ZIP (MIME type -> application/x-zip) files and open them up with a program like Winzip. Sorry, we don't personally e-mail files.
